Description

This patch was created to fix a problem with the FTP "put"
command in command mode. Briefly, if the put command is
given an absolute path including the drive specification,
the command is ignored, and no feedback is given to the
user.

The problem was caused by a modification to FTP to improve
handling of read-only file access errors in SmarTerm for
Citrix v9. However, the modification was never working
as intended, even for files specified by relative paths.
The fix is simply to remove this modification.

The problem only appears in the DLL version of the FTP
client.

Installation Procedure:
------------------------
1. Close all running instances of SmarTerm.
2. Open the directory SmarTerm where SmarTerm is installed.  By default this will be C:\Program Files\Esker\SmarTerm.
3. Rename the existing FTP.dll to FTP.OLD 
4. Copy the new file to the SmarTerm directory.
5. Restart SmarTerm and test.
