Description of the problem: Because the functionality of the
SESSION-QUERY_CLOSE function has been considerably reduced, some
customers are without a means of ensuring that users log out
before closing a session. These DLLs will allow you to stop
users from closing SmarTerm or the session, and will bring up a
message to log out before attempting to close.

Patch Installation Procedures:
1. Locate the folder in which SmarTerm is installed and rename
   the DLLs which will be overwritten to *.old.
2. Copy the new DLLs from this patch into the folder in which
   SmarTerm is installed. (Some of the DLLs will not be needed
   depending on the emulation types and languages installed)
3. Reboot the OS.
4. In order to enable the new feature, the following line must
   be manually added to the "Session Settings" section of each
   session file (.STW) for which you want the feature to
   function.
      
      DisallowDisconnect=1

   In future SmarTerm versions, this setting will be added to
   the administrator's user interface.
