Description

This patch was created to handle a problem with printer controller mode
printing in VT emulation. Briefly, the the problem is that the printer
timer is being reset every time we go into printer controller mode,
which defeats the purpose of having the timer. The result is that we
get 45 print jobs instead of 1.

This patch consists of parse420.dll and parse340.dll. The files that
were modified for this patch are:

printer.cpp
prntserv.cpp

Installation Procedure:
------------------------
1. Close all running instances of SmarTerm.
2. Open the directory SmarTerm is installed to.
3. Rename the existing file(s) which this package replaces to *.OLD (if they are
   in use by the operating system, you may need to reboot before you can do this)
4. Copy the new file(s) to the directory SmarTerm is installed to.
5. Restart SmarTerm and check the area where the problem previously occurred.
